The Green Time of Year

It’s getting to the time of year where one day to the next you can see a remarkable difference in how everything is growing.

Compare the pictures I posted on Thursday to these new ones. It always amazes me how quickly things can grow and change, and of course I need to thank all the volunteers who have been out weeding, tending, and planting our raised beds, greenhouses, and the Edible forest.

Enjoy!

Greenhouse #2 is growing wonderfully. Everything looks healthy and it's almost time to put in our last succession of lettuce.

Greenhouse #4 is progressing. We had to re-seed last week, but everything is coming up now.
